The Image Seal:

The Image Seal has at its base a scale representing Liberty, Equality, Parity... and the balance of power. The triangular support of the scale represents the united front among all Hispanic Americans toward achievement of these goals. Supported on the scale is the jaguar, at left, representing the Latin American Nations... and the eagle, on the right, which appears on the national emblems of both the United States of America and Mexico.
